Does BookMadaari charge for Shipping?
We charge a minimal amount for orders which are below ₹299. The shipping rates are as below:

₹100 - ₹199 ₹60
₹200 - ₹299 ₹60
Above ₹299 ₹60
For cash on delivery orders, we charge a flat shipping fees of Rs 75 irrespective of the order value.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a notification from us via email with the tracking details once your books have been shipped. You can then click on the link provided in the email to track your order until it reaches you.
Does BookMadaari provide Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery option to most of the pin codes across India. Cash on Delivery option is available on orders value up to Rs. 1000. Also, a flat Cash on Delivery charge of Rs. 75 is applicable when you opt for the Cash on Delivery mode of payment.
How much time does it take to ship my order from BookMadaari?
In order to ensure that books arrive at your doorsteps quickly, we ship most of the books within 48 hours of placing the order. Pre-loved books in "Good and Almost New" condition are usually dispatched the next day of placing the order. Books that are in "New" condition are procured from the publishers and take 2-3 days to ship. In extreme cases, where the book is not shipped within 3 days due to unavailability or any unforeseen disruption, we will reach out to you with information about the same.
How much time it will take the books to reach me from BookMadaari?
Once the book has been shipped, it shall reach you in the next 3-7 days depending on the location of delivery. We ship most of the books from Delhi, so, books are delivered within 3 days of shipping in metro cities. In the case of non-metro cities and rural areas, you will receive the books within 7 days of shipping. In remote areas in the North-eastern part of the country, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, it may take longer than expected to reach and you will be notified of the same once your order has been dispatched.
Which courier services are used by BookMadaari and are they reliable?
BookMadaari has partnered with Shiprocket, Delhivery, FedEx, and Xpressbess for delivering books to your doorsteps. Delhivery and Xpressbees are our primary shipping partners. These top courier partners ensure that books reach you in a safe and timely manner. In case your pin code is not serviceable by any of our courier partners, we use India Post as the last resort to ship the books.
Why am I receiving books in multiple packaging for one order?
BookMadaari ships from different locations across India. Therefore, your books may arrive in different separate packaging. The tracking id of each such package is sent to you separately over e-mail and is also available on your order status page.
